Ringing In The New Year

This year we decided to stay in for New Years and host a get together at our house. We didn't want to spend the money or be stuck in a crowded bar. We had a few snacks and drinks and just hung out with all our friends. Shannon and Jason brought their Beer Pong table for entertainment. The boys also played video games and the girls played board games. We spent the night drinking, laughing and just hanging out. Jake and Sarah even showed up even though Sarah has practically been on her death bed all week. My Mom offered to take the baby so that we could sleep in after our long night, thanks Mom!! We counted down and watched the ball drop as we entered 2010. Soon after everyone started to trickle out of the house to head home. We had such a fun night! It was nice to be in the comfort of home, and to be able to drink without the expensive bill. It was also great to have the people we care about most here with us. With the exception of the few that were celebrating together in El Paso! Hopefully next year Grace will be able to stay up and celebrate with us! Happy New Year everyone! I hope that everyone had a fun and safe evening!
